Soronzon Cover™ - The Wheel end metrics
"The future of steering. A 3D-printed 'Mech Net' grip with a built-in LED display. See your reefer temp, speed limit and tire pressure without ever taking your hands off the wheel."

TURN WITHOUT FEAR. THE TRUTH IS IN THE ROTATION.
The Overview
Soronzon Cover is not just a steering wheel cover; it is a biometric interface and heads-up display. We took the "dumbest" part of the cab and turned it into a command center. This 3D-printed 'Mech Net' grip integrates a curved LED matrix display directly into the top of the wheel. It allows you to see your reefer temp, current speed limit, and tire pressure deviations instantly, without ever taking your hands off the wheel or looking down at the dashboard.
Price: One-time hardware purchase. You own the grip. You own the focus.
The Ad Scene "From Nadir to Zenith"
The Nadir (The Risk)
Checking gauges means looking down. Checking a phone means looking away. In a heavy truck, taking your eyes off the road for 2 seconds at 65mph means driving blind for the length of a football field. The "Nadir" is the constant visual overload of the modern dashboard that pulls your attention away from the asphalt.
The Zenith (The Intelligence)
The Cover puts the data literally in your hands. It brings "Zenith" focus by filtering information. It doesn't show everything—only what you need right now. If a tire is low, the grip vibrates on that side. If the speed limit drops, the LED flashes. It keeps your attention where it belongs: on the road ahead.
Scenario: The Speed Trap
Old Way: You are scanning traffic. You miss the speed limit sign dropping from 65 to 55. You look down at your GPS, look back up, and see brake lights—or a trooper. Too late.
Soronzon Way: You are driving. The Soronzon Hub detects the new speed limit zone. The top of your steering wheel flashes "55" in bright red LEDs right in your peripheral vision. You lift your foot, coast down, and pass the speed trap legally without ever moving your head.
Key Features
Rugged "Forge" Construction
'Mech Net' Architecture: 3D-printed in our Bolingbrook forge using flexible TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). The lattice structure provides superior ventilation (no more sweaty palms) and shock absorption for long-haul vibration.
Embedded LED Matrix: A flexible, high-brightness display is woven deep into the lattice. It is protected from impact and wear but remains clearly visible day or night.
True Data Sovereignty
Biometric Scanning: Integrated conductive sensors in the grip monitor your heart rate and stress levels. This data is stored locally on the device’s flash memory—not the cloud—and alerts you if fatigue sets in.
Local Sync: Connects via ultra-low latency Bluetooth LE to the Hub Device.
Intelligent Diagnostics
Haptic Feedback: The grip features directional vibration motors. It buzzes the left side if you drift left, and the right side if you drift right (Lane Keep Assist integration).
The "Wake Up" Pulse: If your biometrics indicate microsleep, the Cover delivers a sharp, rhythmic vibration pulse to snap you back to alertness instantly.
